He kept me informed when he was delayed by traffic, gave me a frank assessment about which work top areas might not be possible to make look perfect, worked very hard to do the best job possible and left the Corian looking nicely polished and refreshed. When there was an issue, which I subsequently discovered was caused by me, he came back twice at no extra cost to rectify it and advise me.
